Here are two example menus that we run weekly. Soul Plates Menus do change due to the seasons, availability or chefs being vain. These should give you a flavour of what to expect and maybe end up in your belly.

Tacos and Dreams
Tortillas are hand pressed from masa. They are gluten-free and cooked fresh for maximum flavour. Pico de gallo, guacamole sauce and lime creme’ (made from aquafaba) are place on top.
We make our own hot sauce from scott bonets called bad boy sauce. It really does hit the spot.
Phat Noods
Our Noodles are made from wheat but we do have rice noodles and gluten free soya sauce.
