Soul Plates a fun, awesome streetfood taco and noodle trailer. Proudly born on the streets of Bradford on Avon in 2022. We strive to recreate the energy and community of the street food and music festival scene which ever location we’re in.
Our aim is to bring amazing moments and feelings to our customers’ day. We do this by serving the best damn soulful food in the world. Our awesome fresh pressed soft corn tacos are handmade and grilled to order. Phat Noods slaps and pops with big flavours and textures. Our love does stop there, from start to finish including, pico de gallo, lime Creamer (made from aquafava, so dairy free), tangy gauc sauce, one of our beautiful topping and then served with some of our classic tacos and dreams BAD BOY hot sauce. That way all our tacos and noods can be served as simple or as spicy as you would like to make be.
Fancy going harder and grabbing some brisket or bean Nachos served with tangy nacho cheese sauce, pico de gallo, lime Creamer, gauc sauce and a pot of hot sauce. Help yourself to Jalapeño and get stuck in. If you’d like one of the flavours of the day on the nachos. To get the juiciest, tastiest, most flavoursome briseket and beans every time. We don’t mess about. We try to get as much of our produce locally sourced from Bradford on Avon and use it anywhere we can in the cooking process.

We are delighted to be working alongside the awesome Three Horseshoes public house. Where you can take our fine food, get a refreshing beverage and sit down either by the fire, near the pool table, next to the dart board or in the award winning garden. There is also an exceptionally delicious cocktail bar Luckys open Friday, Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.
All our taco toppings are made fresh. From our banging vegan silky black beans to our classic low and slow pork belly. These 2 are our main stays but never fear tacos and dreams have other flavour of the day including chicken tinga, the Codfather, sweet potato and leek to name a few all have big, clean flavours that, Andy is always tweaking and tuning the recipe to keep it innovative, super fresh, juicy and tasty.
In our soulful trailer mothership we spread the Love with. It is the founding principle of Soul Plates. We love our crew, we love tacos, we love are noods, nachos and hot sauce, we love our recipes, we love the higher quality ingredients we use, we love our communities and we love being a fun part of our customers lives.
