I started chefing at Northampton catering college when I was 16 in the mid 90s. After part time jobs in pubs and steak houses I left college to work at the Perranporth Hotel 10mins down the coast from Newquay so I could wake up and surf. I loved it so much I returned for a second season this time with all me mates. I carried on to Elstead mill which led me into London first, one of the largest hotel the Forum. Then onto The Garrick club a gentleman's club in Covent garden. After 2 years I moved to Manchester for 2 years before doing a ski season in Val des iere. Unfortunately I smashed my elbow and broke my arm and had to take half a year off. After a lot of physio i moved back to London for another eight years in London working at such grate place's as the Wapping project , Moro , the Real Greek, smiths of smithsfield and have moved around the country and worked abroad from ski seasons to working at the Monaco grand prix. Settling in the south west around a decade ago I've enjoyed working in Dorchester, Bruton, Bath and Bradford on Avon. After working at several festivals I realised we could bring a great experience to you well only if you live in BOA for the first few months but who knows where it will end peace, love and good times Andy Lee
