We sling soft corn tacos. We press fresh tortillas from glutenfree masa. After you chose a topping. We add gauc sauce, lime creme and Pico de Gallo. We make our own awesome hot sauce to put a party in your mouth.

Our menus change due to what looks good on the day, while trying to use local businesses as much as possible. We love meat as much as vegan tacos and also try to stick a fish one on when we can. The flavours are big but not to spicy hot we use our bad boy hot sauce for that. Made from scot bonnets it has its own depth and flavour sitting perfectly along side any taco. We go off the rails and top our tacos (iam so so sorry to the purest) with fresh gauc sauce, tangy lime creme (dairy free i know wierd) and pico de gallo……. oh and sesame seeds. All you need to do now is come find us and seal the deal!

Cooking out of our trusty taco trailer we have been slingin tacos since 2022. But my times in the trenches started over three decades ago. From Manchester to Cornwall, the French alpes to Monaco Grand Prix, with a stint in London working at the Garick club, Moro, Wapping Project, The Real Greek and Smith of Smithfields.
